Vegan Lasagna - Slice

Our vegan lasagna is layered with a rich tomato sauce and packed with a rainbow of veggies - mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and celery -tucked between sheets of gluten-free pasta, Daiya cheese mozza shreds, and our house-made vegan ricotta.

Microwave Preparation: Keep Frozen. Remove lid. LID IS NOT MICROWAVE SAFE.
Place microwave-safe cover over container. Microwave for 4-6 minutes at 80% power. 
Stir halfway through cooking. 

Cook from frozen until a minimum internal temperature of 165˚F (74˚C) is reached.
