Vegan Lasagna - Family Size

Our vegan lasagna is layered with a rich tomato sauce and packed with a rainbow of veggies - mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and celery - tucked between sheets of gluten-free pasta, Daiya cheese mozza shreds, and our house-made vegan ricotta.

Servings: approximately 6-8

Oven Preparation: Keep Frozen. Bake from frozen. Bake at 375˚F with lid on for 60 minutes.
Remove lid and bake for an additional 15-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Cook from frozen until a minimum internal temperature of 165˚F (74˚C) is reached.
