In addition to being gluten free, Newton’s No Gluten Vanilla Cake and Cupcake Mix is dairy free, egg free, soy free, peanut free and tree-nut free. This mix is suitable for people participating in vegan and plant based diets.
Each mix makes two 8” round cakes or 24 cupcakes.
Ingredients: Evaporated cane sugar, Brown rice flour, Sorghum flour, Tapioca starch, Arrowroot starch, Baking powder, Sea salt, Modified rice starch, Xanthan gum.
