Pastry Ball - Frozen

Newton's No Gluten pastry - 400g frozen pastry ball.

gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, peanut free, tree-nut free. Vegan and plant-based.

Ingredients:

Brown rice flour, Organic palm oil shortening, Arrowroot starch, Sweet rice flour, Water, Evaporated cane sugar, Sea salt, Xanthan gum.

Preparation:

• Allow frozen dough to thaw on counter for approx. 2 hours.
• Dough is ready when it is pliable but still chilled.
• Roll pastry to about 3/16"(4-5 mm) between parchment.
• Place rounds into appropriate foil tins and trim off any extra.
• Place tins on a baking sheet and bake according to recipe.
• If prebaking is needed, bake at 350F until slightly golden.
