Newton’s No Gluten Chocolate Cake and Cupcake Mix bakes up fantastic gluten-free cakes or cupcakes that you can serve to all of your guests. Our easy to follow recipe was developed to be made without dairy and eggs.
Each mix makes two 8” round cakes or 24 cupcakes.
In addition to being gluten free, Newton’s No Gluten Chocolate Cake and Cupcake Mix is dairy free, egg free, soy free, peanut free and tree-nut free. This mix is suitable for people participating in a vegan diet.
Ingredients: evaporated cane sugar, brown rice flour, cocoa powder, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, arrowroot starch, baking powder, sea salt, modified rice starch, xanthan gum.
