Our triple layer 8″ cakes are free from gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs and soy. They are also suitable for vegan and plant-based diets.
Each feeds 12 to 16 people depending on slice size.
Care Instructions: 8" Triple Layer Cakes are sold frozen and should be kept frozen until the day they will be served. 8" Triple Layer Cakes take approximately 5-6 hours to thaw at room temperature. Do not refrigerate.
Ingredients: coconut milk (coconut milk 99.95%, polysorbate 60), natural cane sugar, canola oil, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, arrowroot starch, pure vanilla extract, baking powder, sea salt, lemon juice (water, pure lemon concentrate), modified rice starch, xanthan gum. Icing: icing sugar (contains corn), organic palm oil shortening, water, pure vanilla extract, lemon juice (water, pure lemon concentrate).
