Newton's No Gluten Spice Cake.
Our spice cake is free from gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, and egg. It is also suitable for vegan and plant-based diets.
Size: The spice cake is sold in a 5"x 7" container with an approximate weight of 600g. Serves 2 to 6 people.
Preparation: Keep frozen. Thaw on the counter at least 3 hours prior to serving.
Ingredients: Coconut milk (coconut milk 99.95%, polysorbate 60), Evaporated cane sugar, Canola oil, Brown rice flour, Sorghum flour, Tapioca starch, Arrowroot starch, Pure vanilla extract, Baking powder, Sea salt, Lemon juice (water, pure lemon concentrate), Modified rice starch, Xanthan gum, Spices. Icing: Icing sugar (icing sugar, cornstarch), Organic palm oil shortening, Water, Pure vanilla extract, Lemon juice (water, pure lemon concentrate).
