Vanilla Cake and Cupcake Mix

Bake delicious Newton’s No Gluten cupcakes in your own home. Our easy to follow recipe was developed from the beginning to be made without dairy and eggs.

In addition to being gluten free, Newton’s No Gluten Vanilla Cake and Cupcake Mix is dairy free, egg free, soy free, peanut free and tree-nut free. This mix is suitable for people participating in vegan and plant based diets.

Each mix makes two 8” round cakes or 24 cupcakes.

Ingredients: Evaporated cane sugar, Brown rice flour, Sorghum flour, Tapioca starch, Arrowroot starch, Baking powder, Sea salt, Modified rice starch, Xanthan gum.
